From Design to a Bag!

If you are interested in a custom designed handbag, you can contact Carmel via email or by phone. After you have made contact and work on ideas with Carmel, She will put together a design package of fabric swatches, colours and designs and mail them to you free of charge.

An order on a new bag can be placed when you, the customer is completley satisfied with the completed designs and materials.

Payment

All international orders can be paid via a secure online credit card facility. Domestic orders can pay by cheque. All orders must be paid in full in advance, after the customer has fully approved the final designs.

Custom Designed Bags

On custom orders Carmel works directly with each customer before an order is placed. Contact Carmel via email, phone or by post and a beautiful bag can be designed and handmade for you today.

Once an order has been placed on a Keepsake and Portrait bag it is  considered  final and  cannot be canceled. Also, because  these bags  are  hand  embroidered  with  specific  names, details or portriats they cannot be returned.

Returns

All Bags are made to a high standard and with a lot of great care, but if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact Carmel immediatley to discuss options.

When ordering a Carmel Grant bag please read bag descriptions carefully, in particular the size of the bag and length of handles/straps.

Shipping

Shipping cost's for Ireland and Great Britain are 8 Euro per item and a flat rate of 10 Euro per item for anywhere else Worldwide.

On custom designed handbags please allow between 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.  The customer will be kept informed of their order via email. Occasionally rush orders can be accomodated, this depends on the details of the order and the time of year.
